What commercial and construction plumbing services do you offer?

Our commercial and construction plumbing services cover a broad spectrum, from large-scale new building projects to upgrading existing structures. We also offer in-house expertise to manage the design aspects of plumbing and drainage requirements.

Do you offer emergency services outside of regular hours?

We offer 24/7 emergency call-out plumbing services in Dunedin, Christchurch, and Palmerston North. In our other locations, 24/7 coverage is subject to staff availability. Unfortunately we do not offer 24/7 electrician services.

Do you offer any warranties or guarantees on your plumbing repairs or installations?

We stand behind our work, providing a guarantee on both our workmanship and materials, especially those we supply. Materials we provide are covered by the manufacturer's warranty or up to a maximum of two years, whichever is shorter. There are a few exceptions: drain clearing work (due to the unpredictability of underground issues), existing roof leak repairs, and cases where products or materials are not sourced from Foley's.

In the event of a plumbing emergency before our plumber arrives, it's crucial to act swiftly and take specific steps to mitigate damage and ensure safety. Start by shutting off the main water supply or the affected fixture's supply to halt the water flow. If electrical or gas appliances are involved, turn off the power or gas to prevent hazards. Open faucets to reduce pressure and drain excess water. Contain leaks using buckets or towels and remove valuable items from the area. Document the issue for records and insurance purposes, but avoid DIY repairs, as they may worsen the situation. Prioritise safety and consider evacuating if necessary.

Yes, all our electricians are fully licensed by the Electrical Workers Registration Board, and we are proud members of Master Electricians, ensuring that we meet high industry standards.

We specialise in servicing large-scale industrial operations, including regular service and ad-hoc work.
