Plumbing and drainage for a high-spec Clyde residence
A high-spec architectural residence in Clyde required a full plumbing and drainage installation as part of a complex, design-led build.
Working alongside main contractor Breen Construction, Foleys delivered the plumbing and drainage scope within a constrained site footprint, where the building occupied the majority of the section. This required staged installation of under-slab services, completed in multiple phases to align with construction sequencing and site access limitations.
The project included multiple bathrooms and high demand for hot water. This required adjustments during delivery to increase hot water storage capacity and ensure performance aligned with client expectations. Installation works were also coordinated around structural elements, including steelwork within the slab, requiring adaptability on site.
Delivered within a complex build environment, the project reflects Foleys’ ability to respond to design changes, coordinate with construction partners, and deliver high-quality outcomes on architecturally detailed residential projects.
