Emerson’s Brewery

Foleys delivered the plumbing and internal drainage for the original Emerson’s Brewery build, working alongside the main contractor during construction.

Following completion, Foleys remained on site through the defects period and has continued to support the brewery with ongoing maintenance for over 10 years. Over time, the site has grown from a taproom into a busy food and beverage operation, increasing demand on existing services.

The nature of the site requires a flexible approach. Maintenance and repair work is carried out around trading hours, with early starts and off-peak access often required to avoid disruption to kitchen and bar operations.

As usage increased, limitations in the original grease management system became apparent. Foleys worked with the client to identify where improvements and upgrades were needed, resulting in improved performance and a reduction in ongoing maintenance issues.

Foleys continues to support the site through a combination of planned servicing and responsive callouts, building a strong understanding of the facility and its operational requirements.
