Major plumbing upgrade for Millennium Hotel Rotorua
The Millennium Hotel Rotorua, a subsidiary of Singapore-listed City Developments Limited, undertook its first major refurbishment in more than 20 years to maintain the standard expected of a leading accommodation provider.
The project included a comprehensive upgrade of the plumbing infrastructure to support fully refurbished bathrooms. Foleys partnered with the principal contractor and wider project team to deliver the plumbing scope under a two-stage programme, meeting the pace and operational demands of the site.
Working within an ageing building required practical problem-solving, including the custom manufacture of shower channel drains to integrate with the existing infrastructure.
The result is a high-quality refurbishment that supports the hotel’s ongoing operations and enhances the guest experience.
